State of the Art.
Our Printers – we use the latest, fastest, and best fine art printer on the market, the Epson 9900 pigment inkjet printer with Epson’s newest Ultrachrome HDR Inkset to produce fine art quality prints of up to 44 inches wide by almost any length.  Epson’s Ultrachrome HDR 10 Color inkset offers the widest color gamut in the industry while epson’s “K3 Technology”ensures smooth and natural black and white images with quality exceeding those of the traditional chemistry and darkroom.  

Professional Color Management – we use Xrite’s i1Xtreme Spectrophotometer, the top of the line profiling solution, to do our own in house custom profiles for our printers and monitors. Our in house profiles can be downloaded for soft proofing.

Print Media – we offer the finest available fine art archival papers and canvases from Hahnemuhle and
Epson.  Our paper categories range from matt smooth fine art, matt texture fine art, glossy fine art, canvas, and photo luster.

Archival 50-200+ Years – Using only genuine inks and paper, our process is archival and last from 50-200+ years.  For Third party certification, please see tests reports from the Wilhelm Research on Hahnemuhle papers and Epson Inks.

Safe Packaging/Handling – Your prints are handled with care and packaged into boxes and tubes to protect your artworks during transport.

Professional Team – our staff are constantly trying new ways to get the most out of our equipment.

Secure File Handling – rest assured that your files are in good hands.  We understand that your pictures are your intellectual property and will do our bests to store then in safe and secure locations.  You can also choose to let us delete your job off of our servers or keep them here for reprints.

File Preparation
File Format - We accept both JPG and TIFF Files
Print solution/DPI – Prepare files at 300 DPI
Printable Area/Size – Please resize your images in Photoshop to the exact image size you want to print. If you want white borders, please prepare your files with the borers before sending them to us.

Color Space – We accept only RGB files.  If your file is in CMYK we recommend you convert it to RGB yourself first before you send it to us.  Please do not convert your ICC profiles into our print profiles, just send them, for example, Adobe RGB and we will print it in that color space.  If you did not attach a color profile, we will assume your file has an sRGB profile. 

Color Management – It is important that you monitor is properly calibrated.  Please see “here” about calibrating your monitor.  Our staff goes to great extents to ensure that our printers are color accurate.  We have made custom profiles for all our papers.  You can download them for soft proofing .  

Soft Proofing –  Soft proofing can be a great tool to help you predict production results.  It takes some experience to get used to. 

Hard Proofing – To ensure exact and optimal results, you can request for a hard proof on an A4 size paper with different crop configurations.

Calibrating your monitor – It is very important that you properly calibrate your monitor because your monitor is often the source of the problem when print results do not match.  This may be because your monitor is too bright, has the wrong calibration settings/profile, or inadequate hardware.  
The settings below are what we recommend and what we use at our print lab
Color Temperature = 6500K (D65)
Brightness/luminance = 120 Candela/m2
Gamma 2.2
We recommend the i1Display2 or the ColorMunki Photo for best results for professional photographers.  These devices are the industry standard and is what we calibrate our monitors with.  Please call us for any questions regarding the products.

Sending us your files

Uploading your photos – you can directly upload your photos through our website ftp page.  Please also include a text file with the following description of your images and labeled accordingly

Upload Multiple Files – Please Zip all your images and instructions into one file before sending.

Online Payment – Please pay in advance via Money transfer to our “Kasikorn Bank Account”.  Upon payment, the production will start immediately.

Delivery – EMS, TNT, Messenger, Truck delivery.  Pickup at our studio is free of charge.

Packaging – strengthened Tube roll packaging. 100-200 THB per packaging for the cardboard

Production time – Your Prints are generally dispatched in 3 - 5 working days. Each work is finished by hand and must pass the inspection quality of our managers before we dispatch the products.

International Delivery – we also accept international order and will deliver via Fedex and TNT.  We will give you a quote for international delivery once we receive your order.

Changing Deliver Address – if you would like to change deliver address, please inform us as soon as possible before we dispatch the shipment.
